Hi. I'm Cris and I am looking for a company to join, one that needs people who can do more than just one job, people who can adapt. Although I favor communications work, I am the employee equivalent of a Swiss army knife in that I have multiple skills and I look good in red.

Communications

  • Ghost writer for emails, press releases, internal company-wide communications for CEOs, vice-presidents, and other upper-level managers
  • Part of the Web Intelligence Team that created websites that were internal tools and sources of information to all of AOL. 
  • Gave presentations to customers and company employees about products, services, new software, etc.
  • Wrote a blog for Cisco Systems about Certifications Security
  • Voice over work for radio, television, websites
  • Created a post for the company Evantec Consulting

Sales Operations

  • Created process for tracking and forecasting $30 million/year in technology royalty reports and payments collected from national and international customers. 
  • As sole Sales Operations Analyst provided support for 25 Account Managers, Directors and Vice Presidents spread across North America, Japan, Germany, Taiwan, and Korea.
  • Audited royalty reports and also pursued unsent royalty reports and payments, recouping significant dollars in otherwise lost revenue.

Project Management

  • Responsible for creating tools, processes and programs for identifying illegal replication and distribution of Cisco testing and certification materials. 
  • Resolved ongoing conflict between the Sales and Finance departments over the tracking of invoices and resource hours resulting in an efficient system with faster billings and improved knowledge sharing.
